Open Positions and Requirements
Construction Manager – Infrastructure: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related, 12–15 years managing roads, utilities, drainage, and external works.
Senior Planning Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related, Primavera P6 expertise, 10+ years planning UAE building projects.
Senior Architect: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, 10+ years in villa/high-end residential projects, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM.
Architecture Engineer: Bachelor’s in Architecture or related, 7+ years in building and villa construction, skilled in detailing and finishing.
Structural Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering, 8+ years in structural design, reinforced concrete, and steel structures.
Technical Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 7+ years technical office experience, proficient in shop drawings, method statements, RFIs.
Contracts Administrator: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, 8+ years in contract administration, FIDIC contracts knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Coordination with project teams for timely execution.
Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and HSE standards.
Experience in villa/building construction projects.
Available in UAE and able to join immediately.
