Available Programs
Intermediate Technical Professional Diploma in Culinary Arts (8 months, training in Ecole Ducasse, France, start February 2027, requires high school or equivalent).
Advanced Professional Technical Diploma in Food and Beverage Management Studies (12 months, training in La Roche, Switzerland, start October 2026, requires diploma or higher).
General Requirements
Applicant must be Saudi national.
Good conduct and behavior.
Full-time study with residence in the scholarship country.
Pass Adera Hospitality Company’s selection policies and standards.
Applicant must not be currently on an ongoing scholarship, with the possibility to apply under program conditions.
Equivalency of certificates issued outside Saudi Arabia must be approved by relevant authorities.
