Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields relevant to each position.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects within the UAE/GCC region.
• PMP Certification is mandatory for Project Manager role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and HSE standards.
• Monitor site activities and project requirements adherence.
• Hands-on experience in villa/building construction projects.
• Candidates must be available locally in the UAE and able to join immediately.
