General Requirements

Applicant must be a Saudi national.
Degree equivalency from the Ministry of Education if obtained abroad.
Proficiency in technology usage and virtual classroom activation.
English proficiency for specialties requiring English instruction.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties license for health-related fields.
Provide employer approval if currently employed or proof of unemployment otherwise.
Submit all documents through the university’s cooperative portal.
Pass the personal interview if required by the academic department.

Cooperation is a temporary contract, not considered employment or a promise of employment.
No obligation by the university until all requirements and approvals are met.
Applications reviewed based on need per faculty; acceptance does not guarantee immediate engagement.
Selection is through committees in each faculty based on criteria and departmental needs.
Cooperation period counts after schedule assignment and approval.
Payments made only after completion of assigned tasks and submission of academic files.
Only one application per national ID is allowed; errors invalidate the application.
