Manage and execute monthly payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and local labor laws.
Enhance employee satisfaction and safeguard financial and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process monthly payroll on time.
Review and approve payroll calculations, deductions, and financial benefits.
Monitor payroll and compensation policies and regulations.
Coordinate with HR and finance departments to ensure efficient payroll operations.
Review wages, overtime hours, and various deductions.
Update and maintain payroll records and employee data.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Perform monthly reconciliations and payroll account matching.
Review medical insurance claims and employee benefits.
Review end-of-service entitlements and final settlements in line with labor laws.
Issue payroll statements and respond to employee inquiries.
Support internal and external payroll audits.
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
5 to 10 years of practical experience in payroll management.
Advanced knowledge of payroll systems, taxes, and internal controls.
Strong organizational skills and accuracy in work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with payroll management software.
