About the Role

• Oversee and optimize operations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector focusing on food and non-food products.
• Ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across production, supply chain, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in FMCG operations, particularly food products.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, production, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
