Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in FMCG operations with focus on food products.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
