Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and teach students according to the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
• Create appropriate learning engagements and challenging learning opportunities for all students.
• Motivate students to perform at their best through differentiated instructions and varied teaching styles.
• Collaborate with other teachers to contribute to students’ success.
• Contribute to enrichment of learning engagements and monitor student performance to enhance understanding and mastery.
• Monitor students’ progress through effective assessment and communicate regularly with students and parents.
• Use engaging teaching methods including effective questioning, presentations, and resources.
• Set high expectations for student behavior and maintain good behavior management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• University degree in Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good computer and presentation skills; confident public speaking ability.
• Excellent English communication skills essential.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, organize, and analyze effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relations in multicultural settings.
