Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with minimum 10 years experience.
Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with 10 years of experience in villa and residential projects.
HSE Supervisor: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with NEBOSH IGC certification and 8 years of relevant experience.
Draftsman: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting Technology with 10 years drafting experience.
Building Surveyor: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years experience in building surveying.
Documents Controller: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 15 years of document control experience.
Fluency in English and Arabic required. Transferable Iqama preferred for expatriates.
Preference for candidates with valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
Knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction Management, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
Proven experience in large-scale building construction projects including residential and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia.
Candidates must be locally available in KSA and able to join immediately.
