Qualifications & Requirements
Project Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 15-20 years experience in large infrastructure projects, expertise in roads, utilities supervision, contract administration, Primavera, project coordination, KSA/GCC experience preferred
Senior Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 12-15 years in infrastructure projects, expertise in roads, utilities, stormwater, QA/QC, construction supervision
Utilities / MEP Engineer: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or related, 10-15 years in infrastructure utilities, knowledge of pumping, electrical networks, testing & commissioning
Senior Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 12-15 years, expertise in cost control, quantity verification, payment certification
Land Surveyor: Degree or Diploma in Surveying or Civil Engineering, 7-10 years, expertise in surveying, control points, modern equipment proficiency
HSE Officer: Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Safety, NEBOSH certified, 8-10 years, site safety, audits, risk assessment, compliance with Saudi codes
Documents Controller: Degree or Diploma in Business or Document Management, 5-10 years in engineering projects, proficiency in Aconex, ISO documentation
Eligibility Criteria
Fluent in English and Arabic
Transferable Iqama preferred for expatriates
Familiarity with international and Saudi Building Codes
Saudi Council of Engineers membership preferred
Strong consultancy and infrastructure supervision background with KSA/GCC experience
Excellent technical, coordination, communication and teamwork skills
Available locally in KSA with immediate joining
