Bachelor’s degree or diploma relevant to each position, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Occupational Health & Safety, or Business Administration.
Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in construction or real estate development projects depending on the role.
Familiarity with international codes, standards, and modern construction practices.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proven experience in residential and commercial building projects.
Availability to join immediately within Saudi Arabia.
