Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, co-facilitate or lead learning and development (LnD) courses globally.
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate new or revised LnD programs in coordination with global teams.
  • Leverage collective knowledge within LnD and learning & management communities to enhance peer learning and apply lessons learned.
  • Supervise administrative and logistical aspects of LnD programs and related reporting.
  • Support evolution of learning modules aligning with strategic directions and People Management Strategy.
  • Manage, train, and coach trainers, training relays, and administrative staff involved in programs.
  • Deliver learning modules through various phases including distance, face-to-face, and work-based learning, offering coaching and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of learning processes and outcomes while sharing critical information appropriately within the institution.
  • Serve as regional focal point for specific programs as needed.

Collaborations and Scope

  • Work internally with ICRC Learning and Development team, HR managers, resource persons, and participants.
  • Engage externally with learning and development service providers and external experts.
  • Contribute to global and regional learning and development priorities and strategies.
  • Innovate and provide strategic feedback on global learning priorities.
