Tamheer is an on-the-job training program aimed at qualifying national talents and equipping them with practical skills and experience required to integrate into the labor market.
The program is a collaborative initiative between King Saud University and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).
Eligibility Requirements
Applicant must be a Saudi national.
Registration on the HRDF platform is mandatory.
Must hold a diploma from a recognized technical, health, or administrative college or institute with at least one academic year of study.
Bachelor’s degree or higher from a Saudi university or a foreign university accredited by the Ministry of Education is required.
Attach certificate equivalency issued by the Ministry of Education if the qualification was obtained from a foreign university.
Previous work experience should not exceed one calendar year in public or private sectors.
Applicant’s age should not exceed 30 years.
Applicant should not currently be employed in the public or private sector.
Applicant must not be on the disqualified list of the HRDF.
Applicant should not have exhausted maximum opportunities in Tamheer program beyond two chances totaling six months.
Applicant should not be excluded from the Graduate Development Program (Tamheer).
