Qualifications & Requirements
Senior Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 10-15 years experience in electrical design and construction with expertise in power distribution systems and utility coordination.
Plumbing Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, 8-12 years experience in plumbing and drainage systems including potable water and sewage networks.
Planning Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, 8-12 years experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.
Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering, 8-12 years experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Estimation Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 8-12 years experience in estimation and tendering for infrastructure projects.
Land Surveyor: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, 5-10 years experience in topographic and utility mapping surveys.
Documents Controller: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering, 5-7 years experience in document control and management for infrastructure projects.
Eligibility Criteria
GCC/UAE project experience is highly desirable, with hands-on experience in Civil, MEP, and Utilities infrastructure projects.
Preferably experience with Dubai Municipality projects.
Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills required.
Candidates must be locally available in UAE and able to join immediately.
