Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or relevant discipline depending on the position.
Experience ranges from 3 to 7 years in mixed-use building construction projects within UAE/GCC.
Strong knowledge in construction methodologies, technical drawings, and project coordination.
Experience preferred in high-rise, residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills required.
UAE project experience and familiarity with local regulations are advantageous.
