General Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering or related fields depending on the position.
• Experience ranges from 5 to 10 years in finishing and fit-out projects with specific requirements for each role.
• PMP certification is required for Project Manager roles.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Valid KSA driving license and GCC/KSA project supervision experience are required.
• Expertise in site execution, coordination, and construction supervision is essential.
• Candidates must be available locally in Saudi Arabia and able to join immediately.
