Job Summary

  • Teach Arabic language to 11th and 12th grade students following the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
  • Provide an engaging and motivational learning environment through diverse teaching methods.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, initiate, support, and organize IB-based educational units focused on knowledge and understanding.
  • Design and deliver lessons and curricula that meet IB and school requirements.
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes in curriculum and assessment standards by the IB.
  • Create suitable learning experiences for all students in a positive and interactive classroom environment.
  • Motivate students to improve performance through differentiated teaching methods and engaging learning activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress through effective assessments and regular communication.
  • Maintain high standards of student behavior through focused education and productive relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster student success and contribute positively to the school community.
  • Participate actively in school life, professional development workshops, and IB conferences.
  • Adapt teaching to remote or blended learning as needed and contribute to curriculum design and revision.
  • Build strong relationships with students and provide individualized care and support.
  • Communicate with parents and the wider community according to school policies.
