Job Title

  • Home Delivery Captain

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver orders to customers on time and collect payments as per the pharmacy invoice.
  • Assist and verify the preparation of orders to ensure the accuracy of items and quantities to satisfy customers.
  • Safely transfer orders from the store to the vehicle, ensuring proper arrangement to prevent damage.
  • Return undelivered, damaged, or rejected products to the pharmacy.
  • Park the vehicle in the designated area beside the pharmacy after the shift for safety.
  • Clean the vehicle and check water, oil levels, and mechanical devices to ensure readiness and cleanliness.
  • Drive the vehicle according to government regulations to avoid traffic violations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • Valid and suitable driving license.
  • Basic knowledge of Arabic language.

Work Environment and Benefits

  • Work is mostly fieldwork (90%) with some indoor work (10%).
  • Workdays: 6 days per week with one day off.
  • Working hours from 9 AM to 4 AM in two shifts of 9 hours each.
