Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospital Management or equivalent, or High School Diploma
• No experience required for Bachelor’s degree holders
• At least 1 year of relevant experience for Diploma holders
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for High School Diploma holders
• Applicant must be Saudi national

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and confirm patient visits
• Handle paperwork related to patient appointments and admissions
• Register financial correspondence from royal families, the royal court, companies, medical committees, embassies, and other sources
• Take necessary actions regarding registered and financial correspondences
• Enter all patient referrals, faxes, telexes, and mail into the computer system
• Welcome patients, staff, and visitors upon arrival at the clinic
• Update vital patient information such as addresses and phone numbers
• Respond to patient and family inquiries, assist and direct them to other services like pharmacy, laboratory, and social services
• Answer phone calls, transfer messages, sort and distribute office mail, and perform external tasks
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in teaching, training, and self-development
