Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines.
• 5+ years experience in mechanical and electrical engineering fields for building projects in UAE.
• 7+ years in quality assurance and compliance roles for building projects in UAE.
• 8+ years in quantity surveying including costing, contracts, and variations in UAE building projects.
• 4+ years experience in site execution and progress control for building projects in UAE.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building projects required.
• Relevant UAE building construction experience with reputable main contractors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coordination, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams and meet deadlines.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in the UAE with immediate availability.
