Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or architectural discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 to 15 years consultancy experience depending on position, with mandatory KSA/GCC experience.
• Proficiency in relevant software like Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, CostX, and others as per role requirements.
• Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (preferably) and familiarity with Saudi Building Code and international design standards.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required; transferable Iqama preferred for expatriates.
