Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Occupational Health & Safety, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 15 years of consultancy experience in large-scale mixed-use developments including hospitality, commercial developments, transportation hubs, and infrastructure projects in KSA/GCC
Specific qualifications like NEBOSH International Diploma for Safety Manager and expertise in Electronic Document Management Systems for Documents Control Manager
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Transferable Iqama and valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership preferred for expatriates
