Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, co-facilitate, or lead learning and development (LnD) courses globally.
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate new or revised LnD programs aligning with strategic directions.
  • Leverage collective knowledge and community practices to enhance peer learning and integrate lessons learned.
  • Supervise administrative and logistical organization and reporting of learning and development programs.
  • Manage and coach trainers, training relays, and administrative staff involved in programs.
  • Deliver learning modules during various learning phases including distance, face-to-face, and work-based learning; provide coaching and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe learning environment; selectively share critical information as needed.
  • Act as regional focal point for specific programs or represent learning and development courses as assigned.

Relationships

  • Collaborate internally with ICRC LnD team, HR managers, resource persons, and participants.
  • Interact externally with learning and development service providers and resource persons.

Scope and Impact

  • Global geographical scope contributing to regional and global LnD strategies.
  • Contribute to innovation and strategic feedback on global learning priorities.
