Job Summary

• Support program monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian accountability, and program learning for Save the Children’s humanitarian response and development programs.
• Coordinate data collection, processing, and reporting across multiple field locations including refugee camps.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement monitoring and evaluation activities and tools with program teams.
• Support baseline and end-line surveys, train data collection teams, coordinate data entry and analysis, and write reports.
• Conduct situation analysis and needs assessments for new program areas.
• Ensure timely collection of up-to-date project data in line with monitoring plans.
• Provide MEAL induction training for project staff and volunteers as needed.
• Conduct field visits to assist data collection, verify monitoring tools, and facilitate learning with beneficiary communities.
• Establish and maintain data tracking systems to ensure timely data collection and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Experience with monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for external representation and team collaboration.
• Ability to conduct field work in multiple locations, including refugee camps.
