Qualifications & Requirements
Assistant Resident Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent with PMP certification. Minimum 10+ years of site supervision and construction management experience in mixed-use building projects.
Quantity Surveyor: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration. Proficient in Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Civil Inspector: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 5+ years of site inspection experience.
Mechanical Inspector: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 5+ years experience inspecting HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
Electrical Inspector: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with minimum 5+ years of electrical systems inspection experience.
Documents Controller: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years experience as a documents controller in the construction industry in the UAE. Proficient in Aconex and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and authority requirements.
Availability to join immediately and be located locally in the UAE.
