General Requirements

• Permission to work seasonal jobs by law.
• Full availability during the Hajj season.
• No prior employment or affiliations with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah or related entities.
• Good health and physical fitness to perform job duties.
• Preferably fluent in a foreign language to assist non-Arabic speaking pilgrims.
• Attach all required documents when applying.

Specific Requirements for Center Head

• No legal convictions in the past 5 years.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Hajj field, including at least 2 years as Deputy Center Head.
• Age between 30 and 55 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• If previously employed by the company, must have received an excellent evaluation for season 1446H.
• Pass the qualification or nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah if applicable.
• Successful personal interview.
• Full commitment during the seasonal work period with proof.

Specific Requirements for Deputy Center Head

• No legal convictions in the last 5 years.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Hajj field, including 3 years in a supervisory role within hospitality centers.
• Age between 27 and 50 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• If previously employed by the company, an excellent rating for season 1446H is required.
• Pass the qualification or nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah if applicable.
• Pass the personal interview.
• Complete availability throughout the seasonal work period with proof.

Specific Requirements for Supervisor

• No legal convictions in the last 5 years.
• At least 3 years experience in the same field and 5 years total experience in Hajj field.
• Age between 24 and 45 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• If previously employed by the company, must have an excellent rating for season 1446H.
• Pass the qualification or nomination program approved by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah if applicable.
• Pass personal interview.
• Full commitment during seasonal work with proof.
• Preference for engineering graduates for ritual services roles.
