Job Objective

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned route.
  • Sell products and implement approved promotional offers.
  • Obtain the best product display locations with customers.
  • Adhere to approved pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Attract new customers and develop sales opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Implement approved display and promotion standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in sales (preferably one year or more).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work field sales and achieve targets.
