• Teach Middle School students according to the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) English Language curriculum.
• Deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons in a supportive and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently and collaboratively design, refine, and plan curriculum units aligned with IB requirements.
• Use diverse teaching methods including inquiry-based learning, effective questioning, and varied presentation styles to engage students.
• Create challenging and engaging learning experiences that meet individual student needs through differentiated instruction.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress and performance to enhance understanding and mastery.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with students and communicate regularly with parents.
• Implement good behavior management and set high expectations for student conduct.
• Adapt to teaching in online or hybrid learning contexts as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team contributing positively to school environment.
