Job Purpose

• Implement and teach Middle School students according to International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
• Provide professional expertise and high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
• Lead and facilitate diverse and effective learning using a range of methods in a positive climate.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, support, and guide units using IB resources.
• Create appropriate learning experiences such as fieldwork and engaging activities.
• Motivate students through differentiated instruction and varied teaching styles.
• Contribute to enriching learning engagements and monitor student performance.
• Assess students effectively and communicate constructively.
• Use engaging teaching methods to stimulate intellectual curiosity.
• Set high behavior expectations and maintain positive behavior management.
• Collaborate with other teachers for student success and teach full-time as per MOE instructions.
• Willingness to teach online or hybrid formats when necessary.
• Design, prepare, and deliver a high-quality IB curriculum tailored to student needs.
• Nurture meaningful student relationships and maintain records of progress.
• Work independently and as part of a team to enhance learning outcomes.
