Project Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Marine Engineering, PMP certification preferred, 10-12 years of marine and civil construction experience.
Project Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Marine Engineering, 8-10 years experience in marine civil projects including reclamation, piling, and concrete structures.
Site Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, 5-10 years experience in site supervision, surveying, and marine concrete works.
Marine Supervisor/Foreman: Diploma in Civil/Marine Engineering, 5-8 years supervising marine operations including dredging and reclamation.
Rock Work Supervisor/Foreman: Diploma in Civil Engineering, 5-8 years in rockwork and marine protection projects.
Civil Foreman: Diploma in Civil Engineering, minimum 8 years in civil and marine construction, supervising concrete and finishing works.
Eligibility Criteria
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
Familiarity with safety standards and marine site procedures.
Coordination with project stakeholders including contractors and regulatory agencies.
